Better solution: Don't count FB schollies against Title IX limits.


Since FB pays the bills for all other sports, makes Title IX compliance economically possible, and women don't play football, simply exclude it from the Title IX headcount. Title IX, like most government mandates, is a road to hell paved with good intentions but blind to practicality and as such missed its true intent, which was to create equality but not to eliminate men's programs (500+ wrestling programs lost) in order to get there.
